What to bring: BYOB and
Last names A-H – Juice Boxes for 10 kids
Last names I-P – Desserts to feed 10 people*
Last names Q-Z – Side dish for 10 people*
*please bring in a disposable dish

We will provide the burgers, hot dogs, soft drinks, DJ, moon bounce, and all your neighbors!
** Please note the block party is for Bow Tree residents only, and your 2010 BTCA membership dues must be paid.
Dues can be paid with your RSVP and $45 check to BTCA.
Please RSVP to Eileen Byrne so the appropriate amount of burgers, hot dogs and soft drinks
can be purchased ahead of time!!

Ice Cream Thursdays are a tradition we started in Bow Tree a few years ago. The ice cream
truck comes to a different house each week. This event is a great way to reconnect with or meet new neighbors.

2010 BOW TREE CIVIC MEMBERSHIP DRIVE

Thank you for making our 2009 Membership drive a success. The membership drive benefits all of us –
landscaping and maintenance of our entrances, maintaining open space, Block Party, directories, newsletters,
and all the various holiday activities – it is the money that is received that help pay for these activities
and make us a community.
As we eagerly anticipate spring we are once again asking for all residents to renew their membership for 2010.
The 2010 Membership fee is $ 45.00. This minimal fee will help us continue with our current traditions and expand
our offerings of new activities for the future.
Please complete the form and send in your dues by April 30th. Mailing information
and other details are on the form.
