Dear West Chester Area Business Owner
I am writing to introduce you to the Bow Tree neighborhood and the Bow Tree Civic Association
Affiliate Membership Program. If you are not already familiar with us, Bow Tree is
a development of 367 single family homes located on Rte. 352, between Paoli Pike and
Strasburg Road. The homes are mostly 4-5 bedroom colonials on ˝ acre lots and the majority
are 2 car multiple children households. We consume a lot of goods and services.
Because of this, we have developed a program, the Bow Tree Civic Association Affiliate
Membership Program, to provide you with a cost effective way to reach us and tell us
about your business and what you have to offer. In exchange for easy and inexpensive
access to our households, we are offering you a unique opportunity to provide our
residents with some form of offer that reflects our buying-power. Tell us
about your business and give us an incentive to come to you instead
of your competition. The program works like this: For a $25 annual
fee we will publicize your business, in your own words, in our
newsletter which is distributed to every household 6 times
per year and on our website www.bowtree.org. Our goal with
this program is not to profit from your $25 annual fee.
That merely covers the additional cost of running the
program and publicizing your business to our residents
throughout the year. Our goal is to give our residents
an easy way to familiarize themselves with the local
businesses that are interested in gaining them as a
customer or client, and to provide them with some sort
of economic benefit, reflective of our size as a group,
for using your business (coupon, discount, special rate, free analysis, etc.).
We feel this is a great opportunity to access the purchasing power of the Bow Tree community.
If you feel you will benefit from the program described above, please fill out the form and mail it back with a check for $25 made payable to the Bow Tree Civic Association by June 30th
to be included in the next newsletter. You will receive a confirmation of your membership and will be added to the mailing list for our upcoming newsletter. Our next newsletter will come out at the end of July and we look forward to be able to include your business in the program.
