Golf Outing 2008:
22 out of 24 spots filled with great weather. Next year, we'll upgrade food to burgers on the deck. Matt
will do a write up for the file.
Easter Egg Hunt 2008
It was hosted by Joe and Bridget Carr. There was a good turnout and the kids had fun. They spent $101.39.
Ice Cream Thursdays
A flyer will be sent around with all the dates. The hosts will be emailed the ice cream man's number.
June 12 - Killinger, June 19 - Burke, June 26 - TBB, July 3 - Lebano, July 4, 17 - Mazza.
Block Party
The chairperson will be determined and the party is Sept. 20th. The party is for members only and guests
are $5/person. There will be a sign in table and a raffle for a local restaurant. Wrist bands might be used
for this event. RSVP to Eileen Byrne.
Bow Tree Run
The race will be held on Sunday the 19th. Volunteers are needed.
Halloween Parade
A new place is needed and info about this event will be in the newsletter.
Membership Drive
Eileen reported that there are 117 members as of 5/14/08. The total for 2007 was 188.
Financial Report
Bow Tree donated money to the police and fire departments. Paid the first of nine payments to Cedar Grove.
Each payment is $500. The total for the year will be $4500.
Newsletter
The newsletter will be out soon and will include the 4th of July parade and Halloween info. Block party - check
with Enrico.

We need more board members.
